Jonas Bengtsson, our co-founder, has been the cornerstone of our journey towards sustainability. After eight years as CEO of Edge Impact, Jonas has chosen to step into the role of Global Director of Impact. This decision positively reflects our commitment to our core mission, enhancing our growth, focus, and overall impact. Under his leadership as CEO, Jonas has not only expanded our reach from Sydney to a global presence, but also grown our team from 15 to 100 incredible individuals and established our unique Science, Strategy, Storytelling service offering. In his new position Jonas will use his vast experience and deep passion more directly towards our sustainability initiatives, amplifying our impact on a global scale. 

We are thrilled to announce Alison Rowe is set to become our new Global CEO. Alison's journey in sustainability is distinguished and comprehensive. She joins us from her most recent role as Managing Director at The Nature Conservancy, where she led with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach. Her career spans over 20 years in the sustainability sector, marked by leadership roles that have honed her ability to drive change, manage complex projects, and inspire teams towards achieving shared goals. 

Alison's track record speaks volumes about her capability to navigate the complexities of sustainability in business. Her leadership as CEO is poised to drive us forward, infusing fresh perspectives while staying true to our core mission. 

This leadership transition has been meticulously planned to ensure stability and continuity for our clients, partners, and projects. Effective from April 17, Jonas and Alison will collaborate closely to align our strategic goals with operational excellence, ensuring that Edge Impact remains a leader in sustainability consulting. 

We see these new appointments as an opportunity to enhance our services, deepen our impact, and continue our journey towards a sustainable future with renewed energy and focus.
